STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE

Latitude Engineering subscribes to the following standards of excellence:

• All professional engineering and surveying firms should provide the Client with a complete scope of services for any and all requirements of services and documentation.
• All work is overseen and/or performed by properly licensed and trained professional engineers and surveyors.
• All work is presented in a clear and thorough manner and without errors. The company stands behind its product and corrects rare errors with no additional cost to the Client.
• All correspondence with governing agencies is begun promptly upon award of contract to make all parties aware of the project and include them in the design process, thus avoiding unnecessary delays. While no engineering and surveying firm can be held responsible for vagaries or changes in government processes, every effort should be made to expedite them.
• All costs anticipated will be revealed to the Client before the project starts for accurate and complete budgeting. Additional costs for professional services should be kept to a minimum and implemented only by a Client initiated change in the scope of the project.
• All questions and communications from the Client will be responded to immediately. This is critical, if the Project Manager is unavailable, someone else with authority will respond and resolve any issue.
• No one at the professional firm will offer excuses as to why expectations were not met. This is easily avoided by always meeting or exceeding the Client’s expectations.
